This trek embarks from Juphal after fly from Kathmandu to Nepaljung then again fly to Juphal walking through the green forest, animal pasture, countless up and down hill, beautiful valley. Likewise, you can enjoy with breathtaking Mountain views and sometimes staying in local tea house and sometime tents in the forest or pasture also. During the trek we have to pass Numala (5143 m) to Dho Tarap village. This is very hard as well so before to do this trek you must be physically fit with well-equipped then you can admire with this trek. There are tea-houses only few places during this Lower Dolpo Trek so we have to carry all necessary food and equipment and medicine as well. Likewise, this trek ends in Dunai and flies to Nepaljung then again flies or drives to Kathmandu.
