Overview

Ganesh Himal Cultural Trek is one of the unique treks which offer the culture, nature and adventure during this trek. Nepal has vast diversity in culture, language, geography and climate. This Ganish Himal Cultural Trek start Dhading Bashi after 3 hour by bus from Kathmandu passing through the terrific landscape, lush of green farm land, tremendous Mountain view and so many villages with mix interesting culture of Baharmin, Chetri, Newari, Magar and Dalit and their lifestyle. Furthermore, you can learn and enjoy with Tamang, Gurung and Newari culture, life style in the higher part of the trek, especially Darkha Village, Borang, Chalise, Sertung and Tipling village people welcome you with their Ghatu Dance, Maruni Dance, Dhohori Song and Mando Maya Song while staying at their village and also you can enjoy with hot bath at hot spring. Likewise, you can cross the Pangsang Pass (3850 m) which offer you the best spectacular view of massief Ganesh Himal Range, Manaslu and Langtang Range.  Khrupu Pass, Uri Kharka and Parbati kunda are other beautiful places which make you more spellbound during this trek.

Itinerary

Day 1The represenvive from Holiday Hiking Team will waiting you holding your name card at the exit gate of the airport who pick up you to the hotel then give the short brief about your trekking plan then overnight theie with bed and breakfast.

Day 2After breakfast about 3 hour by bus to Dhading Beshi then about 4 hour by jeep to Darkha Gaun (900 m) passing through the so many different villages, spectacular landscape, countless down and up hill with with wonderful mountain view to interesting Darkha Village, and we spend overnight at homestay there.

Day 3Darkha Village about 5 hour trek to Borang Gaun (1700 m), folluwing the Akhukhola Valley with countless up and down and enjoying with villages and landscape, we spend overnight at homestat at Borang Tamang Village and mix up with their traditional lifestyle.

Day 4Borang Village about two hour trek to Chalise Gurung Village then take room and leave the luggage the take pack lunch then about 1.5 hour walk to hot spring then enjoy eith hot bath and mountain view as well then afternoon back to lodge and evening enjoy with cultural singing and dancing in the village then overnight there.

Day 5Chalise about 5 hour Trek to Tipling Lapdung Village (2000 m) walking through the farmland to Sertung big Tamang Village with spectaculat view of Ganesh Himal and terrific lanscape then numberless up and down to uper tipling Village Lapdung then overnight at homestay enjoy with local food.

Day 6Lapdung About 7 hour trek to Somdang Khola Village (3270 m), passing through the dense pine and rhododendron forest to the wonderful Pangsang Pass (3850 m) from where we can have breathtaking view of Ganesh himal, Manaslu and Langtaang Himal Range then couple of hour decend to somdang Khola with picking up beautiful crystal from the way then overnight at smal teahouse at somdang khola.

Day 7Somdang about 7 hour trek to Gatlang biggest Tamang Village (2250 m), walking up through the pine and rhododendron forest to the Khurpu pass with marvalus view of himalayas as well as hugh uri Kharka ( animal pasture) and sipritual lake (Parbati Kunda) to Gatlang Village then overnight at tea house at Gatlang.

Day 8Gatlang about 5 hour trek to Syprubesi (1400 m) walking through thr pine forest couple of hour thrn cross the bahaun danda then all the way decend to syprubesi through the farmland and enjoy with mountain and landscape then overnight at hotel at Syprubesi.

Day 9Syprubesi about 7 hour sharing jeep to kathmandu enjoying with beautiful seneries of different villages and valley with farmland.
